Order/Payment

Term AND Condition

How to make an order :
Send in all order to customer.elando@gmail.com  and do give us 24 hours to reply you.
We will work on an order on a first come first served basic.
Upon issue on invoice no cancellation will be allowed or you will be blacklisted.
Do note that we are aiming for ZERO dead buyer.

Payment:
All payment are to be made within 24 hour after invoice is send out.
Do check your junk mail.
We accept atm transfer to POSB bank ,Ibanking & Paypal.
Please do note that there will be extra 5% charges for paypal and for purchase above $100 will be waive off . Do indicate your paypal email during the order.
For ATM transfer:
After making payment do reply us with a snapshot of the receipt to verify your payment.(Scanned copy are not allowed)
AND with the following details given in the invoice.
Without these payment details we reserved the right not to mail out the item.
Strictly payment first only.
We will mail out all item within 3 working day after payment is confirmed.

Collection Method:
Normal charges(Singapore) will be $1.00 per item, $0.50 extra for each additional item.
Register mail(Singapore) cost $3.24 , $0.50 extra for each additional item. .
*Register mail is strongly recommended and we will not be responsible for any lost normal mail.*

 Fixed Date Sunday:

Exchange of Item.
There will be strictly no exchange of items unless the item we send out is the wrong order.
